I've got a long way to go but do feel so much better than I did before starting Pilates. My back no longer hurts, and my arms and legs are much stronger. Even my posture is improving. I've taken up biking and swimming again and feel younger than I did before I retired! I enjoy the change-up in exercises each week and appreciate Deb's professionalism as an trainer." -
