The GrowFit Process: 

Fitness is a process, not something you just “get”.

Life happens and things change, it is important that your fitness program does too and doesn’t just fall to the wayside.  Having a Personal Fitness Trainer to help you get started and stay on track is helpful for your success.  There are many parts to a Personalized Fitness Program, more than just meeting with and working out with your trainer.

 

 

 

The GrowFit Process includes:

 

- Personal Training Sessions

        - instructional and supervised workouts

        - program adjustment and goal setting

        - accountability

- Take Home Tools for home based workout

- Strength and Flexibility workouts

- Aerobic conditioning

- Good eating habits
