Deborah Newman began teaching personal fitness at various locations throughout Tompkins and Cortland Counties such as Cornell University, Ithaca College, Private Dance Studios, YMCA’s, and other local fitness centers.  Due to the high demand for her classes, in  2006 she opened her own studio to provide the very best in personalized fitness programs for women.

By combining her unique teaching style, with personalized service she has become well known for providing effective training for women of all ages and fitness needs.  Many of her clients have been with her since she first began teaching.

Deborah is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and has specialized training in Pilates, Group fitness, Individual Personal Training, Lifestyle Fitness Coaching, Breast Cancer Recovery, Posture Analysis, Perinatal Programs, and Fibromyalgia Programs.  She has also developed special programs for Golfers, Cyclist, and Triathletes

Deborah wears many hats.  She has not only been teaching exercise for 10 years, but has raised a family and enjoys two adorable grandchildren.  She loves to cross country ski, bike multi-use trails with her pup Molly, plays music with the Cortland Area Flute Ensemble and grows many  plants in her garden and greenhouse.
